Our new À la carte menu, launching July 22nd, 2019, brings you a sumptuous portion of all the wine-friendly dishes we have curated for the city’s wine lovers. Seasonal flavours and lighter textures go well with Hong Kong’s balmy summer weather. Our new communal dish – Osmanthus salt crusted line-caught Italian seabass – combines our Chefs’ revered technique in salt crusted preparation whilst celebrate the delicate, refined flavours of the sea.
